This section simply records the names and ages of those who died in the Year of Our Lord 1989 at the Hillsborough Football Ground. Here, we pay tribute to the fallen and speak out in defence of a working class City which has a proud tradition of standing up for the underprivileged. We call upon the peoples of the World to stand with us, to bear witness to and openly condemn the infamous lies which have torn lives apart. Our issue is one concerning basic civil rights. A country that cannot look after its own people has little right to lecture to others about the finer points of being 'humane'. We have faith that most of the ordinary peoples of the world, if not their leaders, will stand with us, with the people of Liverpool and the families and survivors of a day that saw a Cities heart broken, but not its spirit.
We have left a small eternal candle burning below on the 'online living flame memorial'. You can, if you wish to do so, say a small prayer for the 96 and for the many other victims of the cruelty, stupidity and inhumanity and sometimes the sheer malice and evil of the British Establishment.
For now, we offer our prayers to the fallen whose names are recorded below. They shall not be forgotten.
